- Pick a live campaign
- Any Kickstarter project with at least 48 hours left and products still in stock. Paste the link; the name, symbol and image are suggested from the campaign.
- Launch from your wallet
- You pay pons' launch fee, gas and a small platform fee. The coin's creator fees are set at launch to the keeper wallet. pons only lets the current recipient change that, and the keeper never does.
- Fees become a pledge
- Every buy and sell pays a creator fee. The keeper claims it every two minutes from $1. 95% is pledge money for the project, 5% is the platform's. Both are listed per claim, with the transaction.
- Funded or not
- Funded: the products the pledge bought are raffled among holders with a public draw. Not funded: Kickstarter never charges the pledge; holders vote on the next project, or get their share back.

If the project is funded
Holders can win what the pledge bought.
Holders are snapshotted at the block of the campaign deadline. One token, one ticket; wallets under 0.01% of supply and pons contracts are left out. The draw is seeded by the first drand round after the deadline. One winner per product. Anyone can re-run the draw with the published script. Winners prove their wallet with a signature; their address is stored encrypted and never shown.
If it fails
The pledge is never charged. Holders decide what happens next.
Kickstarter only charges pledges for funded projects. Holders get seven days to vote on the next live project: signed with the wallet, free, one token one vote, quorum at 10% of supply. Without a quorum, the pledge money goes back to holders pro rata through a Merkle distributor they claim from.
